Adult Education aims to enable adults in Gloucestershire to use learning to improve their lives and those of their families through personal development and enhanced skills for employment.

Every year thousands of adults sign up for courses, including - + Skills for Life programmes (such as information technology, English, Maths, Foundation English (for complete beginners);
+ ‘first steps’ programmes (for people returning to learning as an adult);
+ vocational courses leading to nationally recognised qualifications;
+ recreational learning in local communities;
+ courses for families wanting to learn together.
