World Jungle has been running playdays for over 10 years offering a wide range of fun, exciting and creative activities for children, young people and families to enjoy. Our mobile team can turn up at any park, open space or community venue and provide a variety of activities to engage all ages. From African Drumming, circus skills and DJing to creative art projects, outdoor cooking, dance and games … We specialise in organising fun interactive days which give people the opportunity to try new things, have fun and relax and enjoy themselves. We can help take new ideas out to communities as well as find out what communities want and need. From providing artists, play workers, performers and food to organising the marquees, PA and publicity - we can do as much or as little as you would like.
We also support smaller events including village fetes and school summer fairs where popular choices of activities include circus skills and bubble fun and African Drumming.
From single days to six week programmes, we work with schools, community organisations, charities and local councils to deliver activity programmes to support children, young people and families during the school holidays.
We offer a whole range of activity workshops to choose from including African drumming, circus skills, dance (African, Bollywood, Hip Hop, Ballroom, Latin etc), cheerleading, arts and crafts, cookery, outdoor play and bushcraft sessions. Find out more
Programmes can also encompass family fun day events or link in with other events and campaigns such as National Play Day or Love Parks Week.
Our team building programme is designed to meet the needs of employers and their staff working in the business, community and voluntary sectors. It offers a creative approach based on developing strengths within the team, benefiting both individuals and the organisation as a whole.
A range of creative activities are available and can be adapted to meet the specific needs of your organisation. Common outcomes include improving communication, developing creative thinking and confidence, building trust, co-operation and respect, boosting team morale, fostering a positive attitude and in turn more productive work environment. Activities are offered both as a support to conferences, workshops and seminars, or as ‘stand-alone’ team-building sessions delivered at your site.

They can perform a variety of show dances, cabaret and dances from around the world - or lead carnival processions along side our Samba Band.
