An introduction to the Microbiome Coming Soon
The workshop will cover:

  • Why grains do not want to be eaten
  • Understanding Omega 3-6-9 [DHA/EPA]
  • The effects of eating gluten

The gut micro biome is an exciting area of research. Recent studies have connected alterations in this ecosystem with a range of diseases – from gut conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome and inflammatory bowel disease to systemic conditions like anxiety, depression, obesity, type 2 diabetes and fatty liver.

We are delighted to welcome Stephen C Campbell who alongside Jane Manning will enlighten you as to the many important roles the micro biome plays in keeping you healthy, and introduce you to the good, the bad, and the ugly members of your gut ecosystem. They will also share dietary and supplementary approaches that can be used to nourish and repair the micro biome.
